Liu Jo presents The Gigi Hadid Edit, a project that transforms a carefully curated selection into a statement of identity. It goes beyond simply choosing from the collection: Liu Jo’s signature style merges with the personal vision of one of the most recognisable style icons on the international modelling scene.
The concept of selection runs as a common thread throughout the project. Selecting means recognising what suits you, valuing the details and, choice by choice, creating your own style language. The result is a strong, direct and authentic edit that embodies a confident, independent and spontaneous femininity.
From her own perspective, Gigi Hadid has put together a wardrobe that combines international flair, everyday versatility and Liu Jo’s expertise in denim. The result is a selection that everyone can interpret freely according to their own style. The collaboration between Liu Jo and Gigi Hadid thus goes beyond a traditional endorsement. It reflects a contemporary approach to fashion: making conscious choices, curating and expressing oneself.
Denimtakes centre stagein the first drop : the material that has been part of Liu Jo’s DNA for years, whilst continuing to offer scope for innovation and experimentation. The collection combines statement pieces with coordinated silhouettes. Overshirts, bomber jackets and Napoleon jackets are the standout pieces in all-denim looks where contemporary proportions blend with a metropolitan vibe.
Digital prints are applied directly to the fabric, creating graphic, unexpected textures. Refined embellishments lend designs with a worn-in look extra character and transform denim into an expressive canvas: casual yet sophisticated, everyday yet statement-making.
The collection is rounded off with leather cowboy boots. Western-inspired silhouettes, tone-on-tone stitching and an authentic, tactile finish ensure a design that effortlessly complements every look in the collection.
